Overview: The Vendor Network Team is seeking highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and revenue-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for those who are passionate about sales and customer service and are eager to make a significant impact.
As part of One Inc.’s Vendor network, our team plays a crucial role in facilitating claim payments from our Carriers. The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to provide proactive and exceptional customer assistance via telephone. This involves researching and verifying contact information, making outbound phone calls to ensure smooth processing of claims payments, updating contact information, and meticulously documenting results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manages a targeted list of customers for claims payment processing
- Responsible for making high volume outbound phone calls and meticulously tracking the results of each call
- Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while delivering superior customer service
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the company's products and services
