About the role
Our Claim Representatives provide a consistent, positive, and satisfying claims experience for our clients through the proper investigation, negotiation, and settlement of claims for the personal auto lines of business.
The CCO Claim Representative 1 Trainee is the first step into a claims career at COUNTRY. Claims Trainees answer claims service calls, communicating with callers via phone to deliver best in class claims experience by helping to resolve matters related to claims. These calls can be from insureds, agency, adverse parties, body shops, appraisers, or anyone party involved in the claims process.
After gaining valuable experience on the service line, Trainees transition into the role of Claims Representative 1, investigating and settling comprehensive claims. Examples include impact with animals or weather claims.
Additional Information:
• Position starts on May 19, 2025.
• Training is in person and is two weeks long. Training dates are May 19th
through May 30th.
• Hours during this time are Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm CST.
• Beginning Monday, June 2nd the core work hours for this position will be
Monday – Friday from 10:30am - 7:00pm CST.
This position is M-F and based out of our corporate offices and option for remote work.
How does this role make an impact?
- Communicates with caller via phone to deliver best in class claims experience by helping to resolve matters related to claims. These calls can be from insureds, agency, adverse parties, body shops, appraisers, or anyone party involved in the claims process.
- Utilizes the phone functions to transfer callers to appropriate claims personnel to assist caller.
- Provides draft, estimates/supplements, or rental status to callers; sends approved estimates/supplements to appropriate parties.
- Documents and maintains case details to help resolve matters related to claims.
- May assist with claim assignments to correct level of adjuster, assist claims personnel by establishing FNOL, or assign pending exposures.

What we offer:
- $47,000 ($23.33/hr.).
