TITLE: Customer Service Representative
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for interacting with customers, warehouse, brokers and sales staff regarding orders and deliveries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School Diploma
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Microsoft Office
- Entry level customer service experience
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Customer Service Pool.
- Enter Customer purchase orders.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries and complaints
- Liaison for customer orders between all departments
- Perform other duties as assigned.
