Automated Health Systems, has full-time and part-time call center positions available.
This is a remote position. All equipment will be picked up at your local office.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Documenting calls and creating workflows.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center customer service position required.
- Understanding of Medicaid and health insurance programs preferred.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
