A Glimpse Into Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Appointment Booking, you will manage inbound and outbound contact center activities for booking and managing appointments with new and current customers.
- Answer inbound calls with inquiries regarding booking appointments, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, campaigns and promotions, general products/service questions, and information on shop details.
- Book and manage appointments which includes providing brief information about location, hours of operations, appointment details, managing appointment confirmations, etc.
- Collect customer data during calls and updates customer profiles in appointment booking tool to include caregiver data.
- Interacts with client shops as needed to provide correct and complete information to customers or to solve issues to finalize appointment at client shops.
- Perform warm transfer calls to client shops
- Makes outbound calls related to campaigns to existing customers, prospects, and leads to book appointments.
- Add appointments to Client Shop calendar.
- Marketing features and benefits of client products and services
- Perform call backs on missed inbound calls.
- Accurately document notes during call.
- May perform other related duties as requested by management.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years call center, strong customer service with sales experience
- Excellent persuasive/negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Consistent work history and excellent attendance record
- Excellent listening skills
- Friendly and appreciates the importance of excellent customer service.
- Possesses a high level of empathy naturally while interacting with every customer.
- Must show sensitivity and respect in speaking with customers with hearing loss.
- Experience taking inbound and making outbound calls. Ability to accurately document notes during calls.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and programs (inbound and outbound).
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, Notepad and conducting internet searches
- Displays excellent oral & written communication skills
- Well-organized, goal oriented and punctual
- Displays professionalism during calls. Friendly, polite and confident when speaking with customers
- A respect for confidentiality.
- Able to work flexible scheduled shifts supporting the needs of the business. Work shifts may be 8 hours to 10 hours in length. Hours of Operations are Monday - Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 pm CST, Saturday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm CST and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
- Part time shifts may be available.
- Must be available to start work on March 24, 2025
