We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience. This role has an annual base salary range of $115,000 - 132,000, as well as a discretionary, annual performance bonus of up to 15%. We also offer equity options.
WHO WE’RE HIRING:
We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Acting as the backbone of our go-to-market operations, you’ll ensure our systems, data, and processes work seamlessly to support efficient operations, accurate reporting, and scalable growth. At Paradigm, we offer both B2B SaaS products and professional services, so we’re looking for someone skilled in managing data and systems across multiple products and service lines. This role sits within our Operations team and reports directly to the Associate Director of Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
What you can expect in the Revenue Operations Manager role at Paradigm:
- Collaborate with company leaders to analyze, strategize, and implement business initiatives
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities such as improving efficiencies, market strategies, and sales processes
- Manage and optimize our revenue operations tools and systems, including Salesforce and Hubspot, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to streamline operations and ensure alignment across teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and enable better forecasting and decision-making.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in our go-to-market processes and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure accurate reporting for department heads, providing them with insights to achieve their goals.
- Train and support team members in leveraging operational systems and tools effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO PARADIGM:

- Work Experience. You have at least 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role. The ideal candidate will have gained at least some of this experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, and have at least some experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced environment.
- Technical Expertise. You have extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other CRM/marketing tools, including proficiency in building dashboards & reports and experience implementing new tools, taking into consideration change management, enablement, and technical implementation.
- Analytical Skills. You are data-driven with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets and turn insights into actionable strategies. For example, you’ve used data to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, optimize customer success processes, or forecast revenue trends to improve decision-making and drive measurable growth.
- Collaboration. You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, as well as closely partnering with other operations team members to execute.
