We’re are currently acquiring a healthcare company in New York & aggressively expanding our deal pipeline.

Compensation: A Unique Pay & Equity Model
- Base Pay: $22–$25/hr (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn cash bonuses for strong deal flow & successful acquisitions
- Equity Upside: Earn up to 3% non-voting equity in deals you source that we successfully acquire
Example: If you source a business, and we close the acquisition, you receive an equity stake. Instead of just getting a paycheck, you build long-term ownership in real, profitable businesses.
Top performers will also have opportunities for higher pay and additional equity in future deals.

Who Should Apply?
- U.S and candidates from LATAM and Europe must have lived or worked significantly in the U.S. market and must have clear, professional spoken English (no heavy accent that would hinder seller engagement).
- 2+ years of experience in deal sourcing, business development, lead generation, or CRM management
- Strong cold calling & outbound sales skills: Comfortable making 50+ calls per day
- Experience with CRM systems: (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Highly organized & execution-focused: Can operate without micromanagement
- Resilient & resourceful: Can handle objections and move deals forward
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Owner Outreach & Relationship Development
- Make 50+ calls per day to financial services & e-commerce business owners.
- Turn cold leads into warm acquisition opportunities.
- Handle objections & follow-ups to advance deals.
- Track & nurture all contacts in CRM (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce).
2. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity, seller responses, and deal progress.
- Use CRM systems to manage workflows and ensure no leads slip through the cracks.
3. Executive Support in Deal Sourcing & Scheduling
- Research & identify high-potential acquisition targets.
- Schedule meetings between executives and qualified sellers.
- Provide weekly reports on deal flow & outreach performance.
4. Process Ownership & Optimization
- Improve outreach scripts, CRM workflows, and deal tracking systems.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity.
