We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to support our National Field Service team;

Support our National Field Service team with duties such as; Payment Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Order Entry and customer communication pre and post service completion.

Processing warranty claims and submitting to internal Jacuzzi Warranty Team.
Manage the customer experience through proper planning with cross functional teams (Customer Care, Manufacturing, Sr. Production Management and Service Technicians) to ensure service timelines are met.
Facilitating the collection of customer payments and conducting follow-ups on any outstanding payments.
Utilize ERP (Infor LN) and CRM (Salesforce) to track materials, order materials and update customer profiles.
Work closely with Service Coordinators (Dispatch) to update customers on status of their service requests
Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow.
Other duties as assigned

Details:

Remote: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm (flexibility as needed)
$27.00+ depending on experience

3+ years of experience in a business administration or operations support role.
Experience in a construction (HVAC, Plumbing), remodeling or manufacturing environment preferred.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience using ERP & CRM
