A Glimpse Into Your New Role
You are a Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative. You will manage inbound and outbound contact center activities for appointment bookings while driving sales opportunities with new and current customers.
- Answers inbound calls to successfully book and reschedule appointments, customer marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Makes high-volume outbound dialing calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments and drive sales opportunities.
- Become a Product and Services Consultant providing expert advice to customers enabling product/services purchase.
- Drive sales through scheduling appointments and generating business opportunities.
- Effectively overcome objections and handle conversations to secure commitments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals contributing directly to team success
- Overcome objections effectively and handle challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism to secure commitments.
- Identify future sales opportunities during customer interactions and recommend appropriate products or services, utilizing effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Facilitate customer friendly appointment booking while providing information about store location, hours of operations, appointment details and confirming appointments.
- Collect customer data during calls and updates customer profiles in appointment booking tool to include caregiver data.
- Collaborate with client shops as needed to provide correct and complete information to customers or to solve issues to finalize appointments at client shops.
- Market features and benefits of client products and services
- Perform call backs on missed inbound calls.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and scheduling details within client system
- Perform other related duties as requested by management.
What You'll Bring
- Positive can-do attitude
- Must have sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- 1+ years call center sales experience with strong sales aptitude and customer service skills
- Possess high level of Emotional Intelligence with excellent persuasive/negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Consistent work history and excellent attendance record
- Excellent listening skills
- Must show sensitivity and respect in speaking with customers with hearing loss.
- Experience using sales scripts and adaptive selling techniques
- Experience taking inbound and making outbound calls.
- Detail oriented and accurately notes customer interactions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales goals
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and programs (inbound and outbound).
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, Notepad and conducting internet searches
- Well-organized, goal oriented and punctual
- Displays professionalism during calls. Friendly, polite and confident when speaking with customers
- A respect for confidentiality.
- Able to work flexible scheduled shifts supporting the needs of the business.
- Work shifts may be 8 hours to 10 hours in length.
- Current Hours of Operations are Monday - Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 pm CST, Saturday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm CST and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
- Part time shifts may be available.
