Your responsibilities
In this role you will work very closely with BILSTEIN Regional Sales Managers and our B2B customers in the automotive aftermarket industry to provide sales support.
- Responsible for providing B2B customer sales support to assigned accounts.
- Assist customers with securing proper product information, availability and pricing data to maximize their sales capabilities and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist B2B customers with shipment related issues and coordinate with various shipping carriers
- Document inquiries using CRM software (Hubspot).
- Maintain customer related data including order entry within SAP system.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide primary sales support via phone and e-mail.
- Work 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time.

Your profile
This is a fully remote role. Travel to one of our sites may be required 1-2 times per year for training or other events. This position works 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time. Our ideal candidate has the flexibility to occasionally work Eastern business hours as needed for coverage.
- Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
- SAP experience required.
- Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers the majority of the day. Low to medium incoming call volume.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information.
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
