We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a contract position beginning Mid-April through the end of September, covering a parental leave.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in calendaring, correspondence, internal and external scheduling, and company-wide communication. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects with the Sales and Marketing teams. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, customer agendas, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks prior to company-wide meetings and media commitments.
Time and priority management.
Manage and schedule meetings thoughtfully for the respective relationship.
Prep the CEO for customer and prospect meetings in accordance with the Sales team.
Schedule, coordinate logistics, and prep the CEO for all media commitments, conferences, and networking events.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and prepare expense reports.
Experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment working with executives.
Ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations.
Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls.
Use discretion, high level of confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
