Job Description:
With Intelligence are looking for a strategic Revenue Operations Leader who is also hands-on in building and maintaining the commercial tooling stack. As Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for optimising commercial operations to support the org in hitting targets. We are a leading provider of data, intelligence and connections to the global asset management industry. Our investment intelligence and data supports allocating decisions, fund-raising and business development.
This role would suit anyone who is passionate about designing and implementing well thought-out commercial tooling and process to help drive commercial success. In this role there is a lot of scope for leading change with strong leadership and commercial buy-in to improve.
Responsibilities
Work with senior stakeholders to understand strategic and tactical commercial needs
Build and deliver on a strategic roadmap while balancing out the ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
Own the commercial tooling stack. Ensure process is efficient and help the commercial team drive towards their targets
Provide adequate training, enablement, documentation and support to commercial stakeholders. Implement a governance strategy
Lead the Revenue Operations Team including hiring, training, allocating resources, reviewing work and communicating to stakeholders
Lead the commercial stack merger of any future company acquisitions
Support the teams in evaluating new tooling and measure the commercial value of existing tools
Collaborate with finance, legal, data and product teams to ensure the commercial stack seamlessly integrates with the rest of the org
Own the data from commercial systems to be structured in a measurable way for commercial insights, forecasting and reporting
Requirements
Experience in running a successful RevOps Team ideally is essential
A background in B2B subscriptions preferred
Strong commercial B2B sales process knowledge
CRM domain expertise
Proven experience in Salesforce design and architecture
Experience with CRM migrations or re-architecture ideally to Salesforce
Experience in implementing commercial tools (e.g. Outreach, DocuSign, plugin data enrichment, Pendo)
3 days in the office per week
