We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to optimize how our marketing, sales, customer success, and partner operations teams work together. As Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll streamline processes that improve our entire revenue cycle—from lead generation to renewal and expansion—while also ensuring that partner programs are aligned with broader revenue goals globally.

What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and drive the overall revenue operations roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Process Optimization
- Identify gaps in current workflows and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce friction across sales, marketing, customer success, and partner operations.
- Create scalable processes to support growth across multiple revenue streams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and alliance leaders to align on objectives, KPIs, and execution plans.
Programmatic Outbound Strategy
- Direct the development and execution of AI-driven, automated outbound motions to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to identify ideal customer profiles, prospect lists, and outreach cadences.
- Leverage data, analytics, and cutting-edge tools to personalize outbound efforts at scale.
- Continuously refine messaging and targeting based on conversion metrics to optimize performance.
Deal Desk Management
- Manage the deal desk function to streamline the quote-to-close process.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams to establish pricing guidelines, discount approval workflows, and contract management procedures.
- Ensure that deals are structured efficiently, comply with organizational policies, and align with strategic objectives.
Forecasting & Planning
- Support revenue forecasting and planning processes, factoring in both direct and partner channels.
- Provide actionable insights for pipeline management across all revenue segments.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team, including partner operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function; experience with partner or channel operations is a plus.
- Proven track record of aligning go-to-market teams and driving efficiency improvements.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce), marketing automation systems, partner management platforms, and BI/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and grow a diverse, cross-functional team.
