Unicorn Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Operations Coordinator to lead workflow optimization and project execution across multiple teams. This role will serve as the primary ClickUp administrator, ensuring structured processes, efficient task tracking, and seamless automation. What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary ClickUp administrator, maintaining structured workflows, dashboards, and automation.
Optimize project tracking and task management to ensure accountability across teams.
Convert meeting outcomes into actionable tasks and monitor execution across departments.
Implement AI-powered automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose structured process improvements.
Assign, track, and escalate tasks to ensure the timely execution of high-priority initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and various teams (finance, leasing, marketing, and investor relations) to ensure seamless workflow alignment.
Track KPIs, project milestones, and execution bottlenecks, providing weekly progress reports to leadership.
Provide ClickUp training and troubleshooting support to team members.
Ensure that all assigned tasks move forward efficiently without delays.

Requirements
Strong ClickUp expertise (certification preferred) with experience in workflow automation and dashboard management.
Project management experience (PMP or equivalent preferred) with a proven ability to structure and track project execution.
Experience leveraging AI-powered automation tools for workflow optimization.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
Proactive and self-directed approach to managing cross-functional team projects.
Strong communication and writing skills to document meeting outcomes, assign tasks, and provide structured project updates.
Accountability-driven mindset with the ability to ensure deadlines are met.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Investment Operations is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.

Time Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with the potential to shift up to 2 hours earlier)
