Accurately and efficiently input admission-related materials into the system, ensuring timely processing and adherence to deadlines. Strictly adhere to established data entry protocols and standards for both Banner and CRM systems to maintain data integrity. Lead the preparation, organization, and distribution of admission-related mailings, ensuring a seamless and timely execution of each process. Oversee the intake, categorization, and archival of admission materials, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility of all records. Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the admissions process and department initiatives.

Work Mode:

Hybrid - Employees hired for this position primarily work remotely with the occasional on-campus presence required with advanced notice. Employees in this role will also be expected to use their best judgment to be on campus when necessary in order to best fulfill the responsibilities of their job descriptions.

Salary Range:

$21.65 per hour 20-35 hours a week 8-10 week duration

Minimum Qualifications:

Customer service experience Computer skills, including Word and Excel Access to reliable internet Strong oral communication skills Data entry and database experience (Banner / Slate preferred, but not required.) Excellent organizational and time management skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. A positive attitude, an upbeat and collegiate manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary
