Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
