Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Customer Service/ Operations Representative to support our Entegra hotel clients. Ideal candidate will be a strong customer service professional that ideally has a background in hospitality and/ or GPO's
This is a remote role with working hours, 9am to 5:30PM EST.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support and platform support to clients
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with the digital solutions team.
- Track and monitor client requests and escalate when necessary to appropriate team
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Pay: $17.79 to $32.79/hour
What You Bring
- Superior client relations skills
- Strong Hospitality experience and/ or knowledge of GPO's a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to change

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
