Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Educate customers to prevent future issues
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems
