As a Virtual Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for scheduling appointments for our insurance agents to discuss tailored insurance solutions. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to build rapport with leads, understanding their needs and guiding them toward scheduling a consultation. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will need to follow up with leads, manage your schedule efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions. The ideal candidate will possess not only superior organization skills but also the ability to work independently while achieving set goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Schedule appointments between leads and insurance agents in a timely manner to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment, using persuasive communication techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns leads may have prior to scheduling.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to align on goals and share insights gained from lead interactions.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to appointment setting, including leads contacted, appointments scheduled, and follow-up success rates.
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role in a remote work environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using standard office software applications.
