About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and is a very important part of the business, helping us achieve our goals each and every day.
They're special, they're strong-willed, and they work across a lot of different areas. From providing support for our application to become a bank in Australia to advising on cutting-edge legal issues on innovative features, you'll join a team responsible for responding to high-priority, complex, and often time-sensitive challenges.
We're looking for a Company Secretary to develop and execute proactive strategies for managing our Board and other committees across Australia and New Zealand. You'll make sure we follow important legislation and regulations, keep board members informed of their legal responsibilities, and maintain company records.
We look for natural self-starters who apply deep logic to their thinking, see things through from start to finish, and have the confidence to deliver pragmatic solutions.
