Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, and chat
- Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
- Track incidents and calls, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year's relevant experience
- Fluency in French
- Solid foundation of personal computer experience
- Overall knowledge of desktop productivity products
