Key Responsibilities:
- Process and issue commercial surety bonds and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with clients and surety carriers
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and record-keeping
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in commercial surety processing and account servicing
- Strong knowledge of surety products and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
