In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to book plumbing services, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers to manage service reservations
- Provide detailed information regarding plumbing services and availability
- Utilize our booking system to schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers throughout the reservation process
- Resolve any scheduling conflicts or customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with field staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
