Job Summary:
This is a full-time, remote role as a Customer Relations Specialist based on the Call Center Team at webuyanycar.com® USA. The Customer Relations Specialist will engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. This position is designed to train qualified individuals to manage customer service responsibilities, establish customer relationships based on trust, and contribute to building the company's brand.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, conscientious, experienced, and dedicated individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Relations Specialists handle outbound and inbound calls from visitors and customers, explain our process, and schedule appointments. Their responsibilities also include:
- Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers.
- Set customer appointments accurately.
- Answer customer questions correctly by utilizing available resources to obtain accurate information.
- Document all customer discussions with clear and accurate notes.
- Acquire vehicles in accordance with the company's established procedures.
- Maintain a prospecting system.
- Fulfill daily phone and email metric requirements.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skill and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences (Internal and External) clients.
- Active Listening: Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve issues.
- Empathy: Understanding and addressing customer emotions and concerns.
- Patience: Remaining calm and composed, especially with difficult customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software and tools.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently. Efficiently managing time to handle multiple calls and tasks.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle different types of calls and situations (process improvement, technology, etc.).
- Teamwork: Interact professionally with peers and internal customers. Collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services offered.
- Customer Satisfaction: Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Organization: Multi-tasking professional with sense of urgency and ability to determine priorities
- Quality and outcome orientation: Deliver accurate and clear results for the work delivered.
- Entrepreneurial attitude:
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of Call Center experience.
