A day in the life of a Client Solution Support Specialist may include:
- Directly supporting Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) with management of business travel accounts and directly managing a portfolio of inside-serviced customer accounts:
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert of Account Management Program (AMP), Fox’s internal client management database, for Client Solutions team and Fox internal stakeholders.
- Working within a shared support model, developing and maintaining strong partnerships with teammates.
- Managing daily account updates and providing general tactical support for all clients using AMP.
- Facilitating prompt follow-up or problem resolution as needed, communicating internal account requests and updates to Fox departments and delivering solutions accordingly.
- Vendor Program Management:
- Managing hotel rate loading instructions document library.
- Facilitating vendor relationships with industry partners for client air, car, and hotel programs.
- Supporting CSMs (Client Solution Managers) and clients with negotiated car and hotel program updates and maintaining AMP with current program contract details.
- Delivering excellent customer service and solutions consistent with Fox’s account segmentation and deliverable parameters.
- Account Implementation Support: Coordinating with PMO (Project Management Office) to support new client onboarding.
- Financial responsibilities: supporting customer invoicing, maintaining accurate billing processes; coordinating with other Fox departments as needed.
- Proactively pursuing professional development; identifying educational opportunities and resources working with peers, other departments and your leadership, and implementing a training plan to support these goals.
- Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with team members in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect. Driving standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively foster a culture of engagement.
- Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Being innovative and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
- Other duties, projects and alternate assignments as determined by business need.

This opportunity might be for you if you possess:
- Some post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service administrative or support role.
- Corporate travel industry experience (preferred).
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple competing priorities while remaining flexible in a changing work environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of all Microsoft Office applications; specifically, Excel (general functions), SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook shared email practices for daily work management.
- Experience with Smartsheet or other workflow/process management systems.
- Experience in Galileo or other GDS (preferred).
- Experience with Concur or Deem, or general knowledge of industry online booking tools.
- Vendor management experience (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment, as well as independently.
- Ability to lead projects and meetings, both with internal stakeholders and with clients.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with confidence and create a credible impression.
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.

Occasional business travel, overnight stays are required. Travel = less than 10% of time.

Incumbent must be able to travel by airplane, rail, boat and/or car at any given time as required by the position. Ability to drive to client and company locations.

For On-site and Hybrid Associates: Regular attendance is necessary to successfully perform this job; extended hours may be necessary from time to time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, a headset, a mouse, a keyboard, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

We acknowledge that attracting and retaining the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we strive to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The estimated base pay range for this position starts between $23.55 and $26.50 per hour, less applicable withholdings and deductions, and is paid on a bi-weekly basis. The pay range provided represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect. We structure our offers within the range based on location, experience, education, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, market conditions, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
Eligible positions may receive additional incentive or commission, as outlined in applicable program details.
