Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process
- Data entry into pending Auth client systems while ensuring legal compliance
- Collaborating with professionals to determine Auth validity and referring suspicious cases to investigators
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
- Experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- MS Excel Certification and Benefits Administration Certification preferred
