We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who’s “results-oriented” and always eager to get things done, but never at the cost of a thoughtful or strategic approach. You'll be a guru when it comes to organizing schedules, general logistics management, and other ad-hoc interview coordination tasks. You will help to ensure that we provide an outstanding candidate experience during the interview process!
*Important note: this is a contract role with potential to extend!
The Role:
Learn to use our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and our scheduling tool Goodtime, to efficiently schedule candidates.
Support recruiters and hiring managers in kick-off calls to properly launch an effective candidate search and ensure we're providing a 5-star candidate experience every step of the way.
Act as the subject matter expert on the interview process for the requisitions you support.
Field urgent requests and questions from candidates and potential applicants in a timely manner.
Responsible for coordination of interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers, ensuring the correct prep and information is being relayed to candidates.
Managing notifications to efficiently streamline the interview process, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently.
Assist your recruiters with talent projects to optimize the hiring manager and applicant experience.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years working as a recruiting coordinator or an administrative assistant is required
Strong calendar management skills and a high attention to detail are a must
Experience supporting and partnering with executive team members
Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
A sense of ownership in the work you do, a high level of curiosity, and eagerness to learn
Remotely based in the Philippines
Must be willing to work AMER/APAC hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at a US-based tech company
Previous experience with Greenhouse, Goodtime, ClickUp, or any ATS and project management platforms is a bonus!
