Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls from retirees and respond to inquiries about the bank's products and services
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks
- Research and resolve inquiries, communicating resolutions to appropriate parties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in a client servicing environment, ideally with back-to-back phone calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work with an older population, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Must pass a security background check
