Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain digital filing systems and organize documentation related to transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and online listings to promote properties.
- Conduct research on property listings and market trends to assist agents in client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on transactions and answer inquiries.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
- Utilize project management tools to track tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, project management software).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote working environment.
