Position Overview
As a Front-End Development Intern, you’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to build and refine the user interface of our AI application. Your role will involve translating design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces, optimizing performance, and contributing to an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Front-End Development: Develop, test, and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to implement features and ensure seamless integration.
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, interactive interfaces.
- Optimization: Ensure optimal performance and scalability of the application across different devices and browsers.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and standards.
- Innovation: Bring creative ideas and solutions to enhance the user experience and overall application functionality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for AI and an interest in working in a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with front-end performance optimization.
- Knowledge of API integration and handling asynchronous data.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Exposure to design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies is a plus.
