President of Building Services: This is where you come in.
We are seeking a dynamic President of Building Services to lead our Building Controls, Smart Buildings, Service Special Projects, and Service divisions. This critical role drives innovation and operational excellence across all service-related functions, ensuring the delivery of advanced building solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
As the President of Building Services, you will lead a diverse team to develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s vision for smart and sustainable buildings. This includes integrating cutting-edge technologies into building systems, optimizing service delivery, and fostering collaboration to exceed customer expectations.

- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Drive business development strategies to expand service portfolios, increase market share, and boost revenue in Service, Service Projects, Building Controls, and Smart Buildings.

The President of Building Services reports directly to Rory Olson, Chief Executive Officer, and works within a collaborative team to drive various projects and initiatives that support the company’s growth. This high-visibility role involves regular interaction with all levels and functions across the organization.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an Associate’s in HVAC Engineering Technology.
- At least 15 years of experience in the building services industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in building automation systems, smart building technologies, and energy management, along with knowledge of sustainable building practices and advanced building controls.
- A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams across various service functions, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet strategic goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $200,000 to $260,000 Annually + variable compensation tied to company performance
