We are seeking a Content Manager/Lead to take ownership of our content strategy, overseeing the creation and management of high-quality content across both internal and external channels. This role calls for a strategic thinker who excels at storytelling, has strong project management skills, and thrives in collaboration across departments to source, organize, and deliver compelling brand narratives.

- Content Strategy Development
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with overarching business and marketing objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful narrative across all channels. - Creative Production
Lead the creation of diverse content formats, including video, audio, web, graphic design, and written materials, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across platforms. - Team Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performing content team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a culture of continuous improvement. - Project Management
Effectively manage multiple content projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to strategic goals, and smooth execution across initiatives. - Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to meet their content needs and align efforts with the company’s overall brand strategy. - Performance Analysis

The Content Manager/Lead reports directly to Mike Merwin, Director of Marketing and Communications, as part of a collaborative team driving diverse projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-profile role offers significant exposure and engagement across all levels and departments within the organization.

- Experience: 12+ years in creative leadership, brand strategy, and digital production; 5+ years in B2B or account-based marketing preferred.
- Skills: Proven team and project management, strong relationship-building, and a passion for improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, FCPX, Canva, Asana, Notion, Microsoft Office, and various CRM, CMS, and LMS tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of experience in B2B content marketing and video production; advanced certifications are a plus.

Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 Annually
