A company is looking for a Data Entry Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the patient's advocate to ensure adherence to prescribed drug therapy and pharmacy care plans
- Make outbound calls to physician offices for prescription refills and clarification requests
- Document communication and progress in the Path point R system
Required Qualifications
- Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Three years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, pharmacy office, or social service environment
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy in Kentucky
- Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications
- Understanding of the physical, psychological, and social challenges of specific disease states
