Building Performance Standards Administrator: This is where you come in.
We are seeking a Building Performance Standards Administrator to provide exceptional support to the MacDonald-Miller Building Services sales departments, with a primary focus on our Clean Buildings Compliance Programs for Washington and Oregon.
In this role, the Administrator will play a key part in creating operational efficiencies, enabling sales performance, and independently resolving challenges while collaborating across departments. A strong commitment to serving both internal and external customers is essential, along with the technical expertise required to drive meaningful results.
You will work closely with our Building Performance Program Manager to implement the Energy Management Plan (EMP) and the associated Operations and Maintenance Program (O&M) for each building, as outlined in Sections 5 and 6 of ASHRAE Standard 100-2018 and WAC 194-50.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of business needs, develop actionable deliverables, and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Consistently meet all deadlines for reporting and sales document requests.
- Master Seattle Clean Building initiatives and policies, and educate partners to drive awareness and compliance.
- Establish and maintain an effective, streamlined records management system.
- Provide seamless administrative coordination, including CRM management, oversight of the sales process, and proactive upkeep of Clean Buildings deliverables such as sales collateral, contracts, and other customer-facing documents.
The Building Performance Standards Administrator reports to Natalie Crump, Sales Operations Manager, and is part of a collaborative team driving various projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-visibility role engages with team members across all levels and functions within the organization.

- At least four years of prior administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 Annually
