About the role:
Fluxx is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join the Go To Market team. As an Account Manager, you will use your sales and customer relationship skills to drive current customer delight and increase revenue through the upsell of Fluxx products. You’ll make an impact by coming up with effective solutions and using your communication skills to identify and address customer’s needs while representing the Fluxx Product and contribute to building profitable, long term relationships with our customers to meet business objectives.

This is a full time exempt and remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States.
How you will make an impact/What you will do:
- Maximize the potential for win/win relationships with existing customers through consultative sales
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Onboarding team on upsell leads within the Fluxx customer base
- Work closely with the Go to Market and Customer Success teams to manage associated opportunity pipeline using Salesforce
- Partner with product and services teams to ensure upsell initiatives are properly scoped and documented
- Work in lock-step with the Customer Marketing team - ensuring that programs and campaigns are accurate with the correct call to actions and value propositions - this will also include telephone/email follow up to campaigns already in flight to understand resonance of messaging and any intent to buy signals from customer
- Attend Kick Off Calls / QBR’s for “High Value” customers with high potential for significant ARR footprint expansion - either through lead funnel or “known upsells” (pipeline) from the point of sale.
- Attend Customer User Groups and Events as required
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demos accurately and confidently
- Understand customers diverse and specific needs and be able to speak to how Fluxx’s market-leading solutions will bring value to their organization and solve for their requirements.=
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Gain a deep understanding of the customers experience through the sales and implementation cycle and identify opportunities to fill both process and product gaps
- Identify and generate new ideas that grow market, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Maintain and manage accurate business revenue forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Connect with key Customer executives and stakeholders
Key Success Metrics of this role:
- Meet/Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals from “Closed Won” upsell opportunities
- Qualified Lead to Opportunities conversion and win rate
- Activity - follow up on Customer Marketing outreach / campaigns
What you bring to the team/ About you:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role within SaaS
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Positive and motivated work ethic with experience working in remote first distributed workforce.
- Highly collaborative mindset and experience working in a partnership selling environment with Customer Success and/or other teams
Salary:
The expected annual salary for this role is $78,800-$130,000 and includes variable pay which is dependent on performance against the bookings target for the role.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to (a) location; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
Fluxx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.
