Telemedi is a healthcare company, we employ programmers and doctors to produce modern solutions that make life easier for patients and doctors. Our goal is to use technology to provide everyone with convenient and immediate access to medical care.

Your task:

We are looking for someone to support the CEO in day-to-day operational activities. This position is for someone who is well-organized, likes a dynamic environment and wants to have a real impact on the development of the company in the medical sector.

Scope of duties:

Comprehensive calendar and communication coordination at the board level
Organization and documentation of key meetings
Preparation of analyses and reports supporting decision-making processes
Document and information flow management
Coordination of special projects
Coordination of information flow between CEO, employees and external partners

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure
Fluent in MS Office (especially Excel)
Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
Practical experience in using AI in everyday work
Willingness to work from an office in Warsaw (Mokotów)
