What You Bring to the Role

1+ year of experience in consumer lending, loan processing, servicing, or similar financial‑institution support functions.
Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED
Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit documentation, validate signatures, and verify calculations accurately.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills when working with members, staff, indirect partners, and internal departments.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn, adapt, and look for opportunities to improve processes and member experience.
