About This Position

As part of the Project Management and Customer Success team, you will be helping us provide a delightful customer and hackathon experience. The employee will help our users and hackathon managers through a variety of hackathon support functions. They'll play an important role in ensuring customer success and safeguarding our reputation.

Responsibilities

Assist our Project Management and Support teams with providing a great experience for our clients
Respond to and resolve support questions from Devpost users
Analyze support trends and work with others to improve processes and messaging to foster a delightful end-user experience in our hackathons
Monitor upcoming and live hackathons on Devpost and take action to ensure the quality standards of Devpost

Skill, Experience, and Requirements

Great written and verbal communication skills
Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Open to learning new tools and processes to support the team and hackathons
Take pleasure in solving problems and helping others
Experience with analyzing trends, identifying issues, and proposing solutions for process improvement

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Help Scout, Clickup, Discord, Slack, Google Docs and Sheets
Experience supporting end users
Experience with the developer community through organizing and attending hackathons or otherwise
Experience using Devpost
A good understanding of technology trends
