Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Coordination Specialist in our Coordination’s Department for coordinating post-accident drug testing for truck drivers involved in traffic accidents. This person is also responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating medical exams for client employees.

WFQA is seeking a dynamic professional who excels in customer service and has strong documentation skills. This person must also have a strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Coordination’s Specialist will communicate effectively and professionally with customers via written and verbal communication.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor Multiple email boxes.
Answer customer phone requests for clinics.
Creating test requests in Traq system
Communicating with collect sites, collectors, and customers.
Documenting all conversations and actions taken to schedule tests.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working in an office environment.
Work from home job experience is preferred.
High School Degree or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong data entry skills
Strong follow up skills
Experience in scheduling appointments.
Ability to research effectively.
Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (navigating internet, outlook, excel, word, etc.)
Minimum Typing speed of 40wpm
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/adjust, as necessary.
Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular work schedule.
This position offers the ability to work 12-hour shifts with extended days off. The particular schedule will be discussed.
Must be flexible to work any shift and be able to cover on-call shifts when needed.
