Employee screening provider WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks a Coordination Specialist in our Coordination’s Department for coordinating post-accident drug testing for truck drivers involved in traffic accidents. This person is also responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating medical exams for client employees.
WFQA is seeking a dynamic professional who excels in customer service and has strong documentation skills. This person must also have a strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Coordination’s Specialist will communicate effectively and professionally with customers via written and verbal communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Multiple email boxes.
- Answer customer phone requests for clinics.
- Creating test requests in Traq system
- Communicating with collect sites, collectors, and customers.
- Documenting all conversations and actions taken to schedule tests.
- Image documents
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working in an office environment.
- Work from home job experience is preferred.
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong follow up skills
- Experience in scheduling appointments.
- Ability to research effectively.
- Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (navigating internet, outlook, excel, word, etc.)
- Minimum Typing speed of 40wpm
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/adjust, as necessary.
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
- Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular work schedule.
- This position offers the ability to work 12-hour shifts with extended days off. The particular schedule will be discussed.
- Must be flexible to work any shift and be able to cover on-call shifts when needed.
