We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Program Support Specialist to assist our Clinical Program Managers in delivering outstanding workplace wellness initiatives.

Your Impact as Program Administrator:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Clinical Program Managers
Coordinate program schedules, logistics, and resource allocation
Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting systems
Assist in organizing and scheduling team training sessions
Support clinical staff communication and follow-up
Process and track program-related supplies and documentation
Assist in preparing program materials and presentations
Assist in ensuring seamless execution of client wellness initiatives

What Sets You Apart:

2+ years of administrative or operational support experience
Ability and willingness to work creative schedules that do not always fit the typical norm
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy professional with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with scheduling and calendar management
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Excellence in relationship building and communication
Natural relationship builder who thrives on cross-team communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or wellness industry a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
