Responsibilities

Coordinating incoming referrals
Pleasantly answer phones and/or direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
Accurately register patients and create patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Efficiently schedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients.
Interaction with physicians offices on the phone
Coordinating with various staff to ensure patient/customer requests are handled appropriately and timely.
Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance.
Other Front Desk Duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare office setting, a plus.
Working knowledge of insurance benefits, deductibles, co-payments related to the delivery of medical care, a plus.
Must be outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Great at follow up and follow through.
Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including phone presence and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills and experience.
AmaZing! customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
Proficient using the latest versions of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
Quick to pick up on new technology and eager to learn and grow with this position.
Ability to relate to the public regardless of ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic status
