Setup Tasks:

Ensure user permissions are setup properly
Organize Chart of accounts based on predetermined categories and department
Setup Groupings for Income Statements based on categories and departments
Setup opening balance journal properly
Determine need for tax rates setup for international clients
Setup Invoice Templates for different service offerings
Determine if there is an appropriate payment options that does not charge us or charges credit card user
Setup Email templates for invoicing (alias)
Ensure bank feeds/import process is properly setup
Setup receipt process in Hubdocs
Create Tracking Categories for reporting (if needed)
Create Finance Overview Documentation for future staff to carry on where you left off
