Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Introduce and promote the organization's products and services to potential customers.
Gather and record relevant information about prospects, such as their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
Assess the suitability of prospects and qualify them as sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through ongoing lead generation activities.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Handle objections and address concerns raised by potential customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback on lead quality.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Contribute to the overall sales team success by achieving or exceeding individual sales targets and objectives.
Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products or services.
