Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Introduce and promote the organization's products and services to potential customers.
- Gather and record relevant information about prospects, such as their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
- Assess the suitability of prospects and qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through ongoing lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Handle objections and address concerns raised by potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall sales team success by achieving or exceeding individual sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products or services.
