Job Description

This position is for a 24 hour call center and the shift will be:

8AM-4:30PM CST on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

12PM-8:30PM CST on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Training: 8:30AM-5PM CT Monday-Friday for 4 weeks

We are seeking a Service Center Support rep who can work remotely from home and provide customer service to injured workers.

Responsibility

Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
Provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requirements:

Ability to Multi-task
Computer Skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Preferred:

Bilingual Spanish - Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $13.00 - $16.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
