Visions Assisted Living of Apache Junction is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to work as our new administrative assistant!

This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment. The scheduled days would be Monday-Friday ... Responsibilities: • Answering phones • Conducting interviews when needed • Communicating resident's needs with the care staff • Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns • Scheduling • Filing • Maintaining records • Time sheet corrections • Compliance Officer for the building • Financial responsibilities as ALTCS billing and Account AR/AP • Any other duties as assigned by the administrator

Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft office • Be able to multitask • Be a team player • Have a friendly attitude • Understanding basic accounting terminology • Possess a love for the elderly population • Excellent time management • Able to remain calm under pressure

One year of administrative assistant healthcare experience preferred. A background check and TB test are required upon hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.18 - $21.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
