Job Summary:

An Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office or organization. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communication, maintaining records, and assisting staff and management with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office activities and administrative tasks
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records
Enter data and update databases or spreadsheets
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting preparations
Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
Welcome visitors and provide customer support
Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts
Perform basic bookkeeping or invoice processing when required
Support managers and team members with various administrative duties
Ensure confidentiality of company information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
