Shift: Overnight 5 PM - 7 AM Central Time- shift scheduling will include weekend coverage

Pay rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities Technical Support:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic account management tasks.
- Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or appropriate teams as necessary.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure complete resolution of user issues.
- Assist in setting up, installing, and configuring new hardware and software for end-users.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive user experience.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
