Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Document and track the status of support requests in our ticketing system.
Assist in the setup and configuration of client systems and software applications.
Educate users on system functionalities and software operating procedures.
Monitor and respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other IT staff to escalate complex technical issues as needed.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or similar support role is required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems is needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
